Hi! I am Miryam
Life & Leadership Coach, Speaker, and Founder of Valdrom Coaching & Consulting.
I’m the eldest daughter of Peruvian immigrants, a first-generation Latina who learned early how to lead without a roadmap.
I grew up believing that strength meant silence, that success required sacrifice.
It took years of unlearning, healing, and rebuilding to realize: our power doesn’t need to hurt to be real.
Now, through Inner Pionera™, I help strong women reclaim their time, voice, and influence, building wealth, peace, and leadership identities that feel like home.
