I burned out three times before I understood what was actually happening. I had done the therapy, the coaching, the leadership development. It took losing my grandmother, a miscarriage, and the complete collapse of the operating system I had been running for decades before I finally stopped.
The rebuild took seven months. It changed everything. Not because I found better strategies. Because I worked at the nervous system and identity level that everything else depends on.
